CLINICAL PROGRAM MANAGER
Who We Are:
At the heart of Essex County, Maryvale is a specialized Adolescent Mental Health Centre providing intensive, evidence-informed services to adolescents and their families. With our main campus in Windsor, Ontario, and satellite offices in Leamington, Essex, Lakeshore, and LaSalle, we deliver a continuum of care that includes Day Treatment, Outpatient Services, and an Acute Care Psychiatric Inpatient Unit. Role Overview:
The Clinical Program Manager plays a key leadership role within Maryvale’s clinical programs. This position provides clinical and operational leadership to interdisciplinary teams serving adolescents with complex mental health needs.
Key responsibilities include:
• Providing clinical leadership and guidance to multidisciplinary teams within Maryvale.
• Overseeing the effective use of human and financial resources to support high-quality service delivery.
• Contributing to organizational leadership through collaboration with senior leaders, program managers, and community partners.
• Participating in a shared, paid on-call rotation with other clinical managers, in accordance with Maryvale’s on-call framework.
We Are Seeking Someone With:
• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant clinical leadership experience.
• Registration and good standing with the appropriate regulatory college.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience, preferably within a mental health or healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical judgment, integrity, and the ability to coach, support, and develop staff.
• Demonstrated ability to lead in complex, fast-paced clinical environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality mental health services for adolescents and families.

Adolescent Mental Health Centre Fully Accredited by Canadian Council for Accreditation
INDIVIDUAL and FAMILY THERAPIST
Temporary Contract (Jan 2026 to end of June 2026, with the possibility of extension)
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm or 8:30am to 4:30pm
Responsibilities:
• To actively engage youth and their families in a therapeutic process that includes assessment, goal setting and evidence-based intervention.
• To provide individual, family and group therapy.
• To work effectively as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
• To maintain a strong knowledge base in specialized areas such as anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation and behaviour, borderline personality disorder and other disorders occurring with the youth served.
• To quickly assess areas of concern or high-risk behaviours.
• To demonstrate a high degree of skill relating to parents/guardians regarding the nature of risk situations and to assist parents/guardians with safety planning.
• To coordinate services by facilitating relationships between the youth, their family, and all outside resources including social services, health organizations and community schools.
• To formulate treatment plans, progress statements and discharge summaries.
Qualifications:
1. Masters or Bachelor of Social Work, Masters in Psychology, or Counseling; preferably a minimum of three years’ experience in a setting providing treatment services to youth and their families; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Registration and good standing with the appropriate governing regulatory body.
3. Experience working with youth or mental health services is a definite asset.
Salary and Benefits: Range $33.30 - $ 45.70 depending on education and experience
