Ford Motor Company Volunteers Help Transform Maryvale Campus of Care Through Beautification Project and $10,000 Investment

More than 40 volunteers contribute four days of service to enhance campus environment for children, youth, and families.

Windsor, ON 3640 Wells St. – Maryvale Adolescent & Family Services is proud to recognize the extraordinary efforts of more than 40 volunteers from Ford Motor Company of Canada who dedicated a week of hands-on service to complete campus beautification and landscaping projects across the Campus of Care. The volunteer initiative was further strengthened by a generous $10,000 donation from Ford as part of its campus investment.

Throughout the project, Ford employees worked side-by-side to improve outdoor spaces across the campus, completing landscaping enhancements, beautification efforts, and environmental improvements designed to create a more welcoming and therapeutic setting for the children, adolescents, and families served by the organizations.

The volunteer-powered transformation not only enhanced the physical appearance of the campus but also reinforced the importance of community partnerships in supporting the well-being of vulnerable youth and families. “We are deeply grateful to Ford Motor Company and every volunteer who dedicated their time, talent, and energy to our campus,” said Andrew Ward, Executive Director – Maryvale. “Their commitment has made a lasting impact on our Campus of Care, creating beautiful outdoor spaces that will be enjoyed by the children, youth, and families we serve every day. This partnership represents the very best of corporate citizenship and community engagement.”

The improvements made during the volunteer project help strengthen the mission of providing safe, nurturing, and healing environments where children and families can thrive. The enhanced landscaping and outdoor gathering areas contribute to a sense of pride, comfort, and belonging for residents, clients, employees, and visitors alike. In addition to volunteering their time, Ford Motor Company’s $10,000 contribution will support ongoing campus improvements, helping ensure that the campus can continue delivering critical services to those in its care. “We are honoured to partner with organizations like Maryvale that make such a profound difference in the lives of children and families,” said Diana Gresbic, Executive Assistant to the Site Manager – Ford Canada. “Our employees were eager to contribute their time and effort to this project, and we are proud to support Maryvale, and campus partners, through both volunteer service and financial investment.”

The collaboration reflects a shared commitment to building stronger communities and creating environments where individuals can heal, grow, and succeed. Maryvale extends its sincere appreciation to Ford Motor Company for investing in the future of the Campus of Care and helping create a lasting legacy of compassion and service.
