Bell Let’s Talk is a year round initiative which focuses on getting Canadians to take action to create positive change around mental health. January 25th is Bell Let’s Talk Day where you can participate and showcase what you/your organization is doing. Bell created this to focus on awareness, acceptance, and action. Their four pillars are anti-stigma, care and access, research and workplace leadership. You may recognize the hashtag #BellLetsTalk. From 2010-2022 Bell donated 5 cents every time someone used this hashtag. This year they are focusing on taking action, and are donating $10 million to mental health initiatives.
Overall, the Bell Let’s Talk campaign wants to see a Canada full of awareness and acceptance about mental health. By participating we are connecting with a larger community across Canada that is working towards a more inclusive and accepting Canada!
In recognition of Bell Let’s Talk Day staff, students, and visitors will have access to Bell Let’s Talk logo stickers to show support. Please help us in spreading the message.
