Maryvale employs a multi-disciplinary approach and, as such, all staff work as members of treatment teams. Maryvale welcomes applications for the following fields:

• Child and Youth Worker — Working directly with the children and teens. Applicants with a college diploma or university degree in a related field are preferred.
• Social Worker — Providing counselling and support. Masters in Social Work degree preferred.
• Psychologists — Ph.D., C.Psych. required.
• Management — Providing support, leadership and administration. Applicants with masters degrees are preferred.
• Administration — Various levels.
